Find Your Lifes Purpose

Find Your Lifes Purpose What do you want to be when you grow up? For those lucky enough to know their life’s purpose, this is an easy question to answer. However for others, not-so-sure about where they fit in the career world, this is a challenge that lasts years â€" sometimes longer. I’ll be the first to admit that the bulk of my career has been spent feeling unfulfilled in practically every job I’ve held for one reason or another. If you’re not quite sure what you want to do in your next move, there are ways to become more sure and put into place the pieces that will lead you to a more fulfilling career path. Here are a few ways to get on track to land a job you love: 1.  Research, Research, Research Spend time focusing on research before you start getting lost in a slew of online job boards and aimlessly wandering around endless unappealing job descriptions. Time is of the essence and if you’re feeling motivated where the job hunt is concerned, you won’t want to waste this precious drive on being overwhelmed online.     Gaining clarity is the first step towards figuring out what you want to be when you grow up (or in the not so distant future) so don’t underestimate this critical piece of the puzzle. 2.  Know Your Dislikes Knowing when and where you aren’t a fit can be helpful in your total career picture. This honest look at your career dislikes helps to weed out the roles and responsibilities that just don’t do it for you. While it may not be the positive insight you’re hoping for about you, it’s important not to overlook this aspect of your career path completely. Instead, use it to your advantage. Before I found my niche I held a number of different jobs across a variety of industries: education, fashion, childcare, non-profit and recruiting. They were all an integral part of my career in that they helped me grow as a professional and gain valuable skills to make me successful at what I do today. These jobs were also important in helping  me determine what I DIDN’T want to do, not to mention save me from wasting time in the wrong jobs. 3. Know the Industry and Players If you aren’t exactly sure about your next move but have an industry or two in mind, start to explore these further. What appeals to you about the industry? What qualities, cultures, and roles exist within the industry? This can help you to narrow down companies to go after. Once you’ve uncovered your dream company, research the competitors. This will allow you to start uncovering a pool of opportunities from which to apply when the time comes. 4. Understand Company Structures If ever there were a headhunter secret worth knowing, this would be it: knowing org charts.  Once you’ve found your dream company, take some time to conduct research around how many roles are available within your target company. Are there 100 jobs that might be open at any given time or 1? If you can get a sense of seasonal demand for your role that’s even better. Perhaps the company is always hiring or maybe it’s just once every year. This intel will help you understand when to focus your efforts around said company. 5. Know the Path to Your Dream Job If you’re hoping to change industries or professions, it’s likely the case that you won’t be able to make an immediate or direct entry. Instead, you’ll have to take some stepping stone opportunities along the way. This is perfectly fine and sometimes necessary to end up where you want. Know which jobs you have to be doing to eventually do your dream job.  Linkedin is an awesome tool for reverse engineering career paths which is essentially what youd be doing. 6. Know Yourself It’s not enough to just know what you want to do. You also have to know yourself and what types of jobs exist for someone like you. Your resume is a great starting point for uncovering who you are and what opportunities are available given your past experience. Employers look to hire someone who has done the job or can do it based on past experience so this might be the most logical approach to figuring out your next move. Spend time pulling out your transferable skills. Not sure what transferable skills are? Check out this blog post now. 7. Go With Your Gut When all else fails, try the Pinterest approach to your job search. Since you’ve been looking at job descriptions non-stop anyway, start to bookmark those that appeal to you or capture your attention at first glance. Note: You might want to copy paste the JDs instead of a bookmark in case they take the posting down.  At the end of the day, you know you better than anyone else and a little gut reaction can go a long way. Once you’ve saved a slew of job descriptions, conduct a deeper analysis in which you identify common themes around culture, skills, tasks and other desirable job description traits. Having your list of must-haves for your next job will ensure that you don’t make any compromises and set yourself up to be much more fulfilled. Not sure what you want to be when you grow up and in need of a little support?  Check out our Career Coaching Programs designed to help you find your purpose, get on track and launch your job search in the right direction!

An old buddy is elusive, however a genuine companion is much increasingly hard to lose. And then there are the companions that make you wonder how you at any point turned out to be close in the first place. What Does It Mean to Have a Toxic Relationship? The the truth is that numerous kinships are not loaded up with a similar profundity and feeling you may have with your bestie. Some are simply surface level, and that is fine (depending the amount of your time you wish to offer them). Nonetheless, what happens when somebody channels you more than she stimulates you?Itcan be difficult to see whats best foryou when youre put resources into a relationship of any sort, even only a dispassionate companionship. Such a large number of usput up withtoo much on the grounds that the torment that s pecific connections bring usscares us not exactly the agony of relinquishing individuals we love. We additionally will in general deny poisonous connections on the grounds that a large portion of us are presented to such huge numbers of them that propensities for harmful connections really feel typical. In any case, the truth of the matter is that they are assuredly not typical; theyre hindering to our wellbeing and improvement as individuals.Seven Obvious Signs Youre in a Toxic FriendshipIf you wind up feeling disappointed and discontent with a companions conduct as a general rule, you might be in a poisonous fellowship. Not certain if your other half is blameworthy? Here are some conspicuous signs:They have crossed a significant limit for you, with no apologies.Instead of conveying that something isn't right, they make detached forceful comments. They are envious of you/your other friendships.Theyinsult you or aremean to you. They are aloof forceful toward you. They act desirous of y ou.You cannot appear to do anything directly by them.Eight Subtle Signs You May Be in a Toxic FriendshipOkay, so those signs seemreally self-evident, and youd never be companions with somebody that treated you severely, correct? Indeed some of the time new colleagues slide into kinships before you understand who those individuals really are, and pleasant individuals stress (amusingly) about offending the other . The above ought to be anything but difficult to expel from your life. Yet, there are more signs that are now and then harder to see, particularly if the liable party is somebody you love.1. They arent there to commend your success. When you recall your last hardly any accomplishments, you recollect that they werent there or, didnt have a lot of intrigue or comprehension about how much your objectives intend to you. Truth be told, they may even be angry of your prosperity or uncertainty how youve earned your achievements.2. They just consideration about themselves.Whenever the y have an issue, they expect your support...but when you need them, they are mysteriously absent or rationalize concerning why they cannot be there for you.3. Theyre not keen on subtleties of your life. When the discussion movements to you, and you begin itemizing something anything that is critical to you, regardless of whether it be about your activity or your relationship, they are occupied and before long move the discussion to something else.4. They dont share subtleties of their existence with you.Probably similarly as telling, and similarly as harmful, is the point at which a previous comrade chooses to bar you from their story. An old buddy is anxious to share insights concerning their lives, hear criticism and get guidance since they rely upon you as a companion, too.5. Your mom doesnt like them.Mother consistently knows best, and they have your wellbeing on a basic level. Truth be told, this doesnt just must be your mom. On the off chance that some other individual near you doesnt like this kinship and can offer you reasons with respect to why (that dont come from desire), at that point chances are that youve simply been incognizant in regards to those reasons.6. They scrutinize you however not constructively.A old buddy will positively study you since they need to better you and help develop you. However, a terrible companion will reprimand you just to cause themselves to feel better. The thing that matters is whether they offer assistance or guidance, or in the event that they simply disgrace you.7. They dont organize you.Everyone is occupied nowadays and we as a whole have a million things to press into 24 hours in a day. However, we set aside a few minutes for the individuals about whom we give it a second thought. We set aside a few minutes for our loved ones and organize them when we can. In the event that this individual never organizes you, this is on the grounds that they dont care about you as much as they care about the remainder of the thi ngs going on in their lives.8. They keep score. In a poisonous relationship, individuals hold hard feelings. Your companion will keep track of who's winning of the occasions youve disillusioned them and toss them all in your face when they plan something for upset you. As opposed to tolerating obligation and saying 'sorry' theyll state, Yeah, well what about the time you did this? or then again Youve done that to me previously. In solid connections, you can be straightforward with one another about what irritates or contrarily influences you and address it before it transforms into the round of one good turn deserves another. You cantuse past bad behaviors so as to attempt to legitimize current exemplary nature. It doesnt work that way. What to Do About a Toxic FriendshipThe most noticeably awful piece of understanding that you have a harmful companion is that she might be somebody to whom you were once a lot nearer yet from whom you have floated. Separations with companions particula rly closest companions are similarly as agonizing, if not more so than sentimental connections on occasion. We have more desires that a kinship will keep going forever, and it can sting to realize that its done serving you in a solid way.Making pardons for this sort of companion over some undefined time frame can lead you to become angry, and it may just harm the fellowship further. The best activity when gone up against with this circumstance is to plunk down your companion and straightforwardly talk about all issues you both have; if both of you wish to proceed with the fellowship, there will be exertion and progress. The reaction to this motion will let you know whether its opportunity to proceed onward and do whats best for you. Life and fellowship are both valuable endowments, and nobody has the right to squander it on connections that dont stimulate and feed their soul.Point clear: You dont need harmful individuals or the pessimism in your life. Also, an old buddy wouldnt be i n a harmful relationship or any sort of undesirable kinship with you. You dont need to feel terrible about severing an unfortunate fellowship, since self-assimilated individuals like that alleged companion wont mind it is possible that; you do need to wind up individuals who care and need to invest energy with you, bolster you and lift you up.But heres the catch if a relationship isheading south, it may likewise be on the grounds that you are the poisonous companion in the relationship. In the event that you dont perceive any of these signs in your companion, however your relationship has been decreasing, maybe its best that you take ahardlook in the mirror and decide whether its you doing the harm. Is it accurate to say that you are a strong companion, or an envious one? Lose the frump factor, win the job

Lose the 'slob factor,' win the activity Lose the 'slob factor,' win the activity The correct look can expand your certainty, show your own style and make an enduring first impression. In an ideal world, we would all be decided on our internal magnificence and the most qualified competitor would consistently get the gig. Tragically style, mystique, associations and the famous cool factor all assume a powerful job when considering work competitors. On the off chance that you haven't contemplated your look since the '80s (or even inside quite a long while), odds are your go-to-talk with look could utilize an update. You would prefer not to dress unreasonably youthful for your age, yet who wouldn't like to seem 10 years younger? It's actual you go through hours patching up your resume, looking into the organization and rehearsing your selling focuses, however on the off chance that your outward appearance doesn't mirror your vitality and energy about the position, odds are another person's will. The correct outfit can build your certainty and make an enduring first imp ression. The word design can be scary, however what you are truly attempting to do is update your own style, not appear as though a runway model. In the event that you like great cuts and avoid any and all risks solids, at that point stick to what you are OK with; simply center around finding a cutting edge cut and an immaculate fit. Have an affinity for style? Have a go at wearing intriguing shapes and explanation accessories.Below are my basic standards to guarantee that whatever your own style, your expert look is current and critical (in the great way!):Women and Men:1) Clothes have a lapse date. Secretary pullovers, creased pants, mid-calf anything - if these things recorded are in your work closet revolution, odds are they weren't an ongoing buy. Except if it is a uniquely crafted Armani suit, quite a while's mileage alone are reason enough to let garments go. Take this risk to free your expert closet of anything over five years of age, aside from a couple speculation pieces that were made to last you a lifetime. This will guarantee that you are freed of dated shapes and any textures that probably won't show up fresh.2) Fit is a factor. On the off chance that it is excessively close or too large you won't just feel awkward however look it too. Normal issue zones are cozy coat arms that pull over the back, pullovers that swell over the chest, and jeans that are excessively close in the center or hang in the seat. Free your wardrobe of those pieces you plan to fit go into one day and those baggier pieces that you have been signifying to take to the tailor. When looking for substitution things, it is typical for most ladies to fall in the middle of sizes. General guideline: Size up and locate a perfect tailor to fit it to your body.Women:1) Choose shapes that compliment your body. This tip appears glaringly evident, yet lamentably we have been customized to go after specific outlines with regards to dressing for a proper meeting - pencil skirt and traditional, check. The fact of the matter is these two cuts don't look extraordinary on most ladies. Pencil skirts are unforgiving in the event that you have even the scarcest of hips, and business shirts are famous for protruding open in all an inappropriate spots. Rather, on the off chance that you are stunning, settle on A-line skirts and dresses that give a thinning impact on the lower body and scoop-necked shells that lay smooth under coats. On the off chance that you are unimposing, attempt a fitted sheath that falls simply over the knee. It will feature your ladylike figure while prolonging your legs.2) Hose are a relic of times gone by. Indeed, you can begin observing: Hosiery, in any event any that is noticeable, is not, at this point a necessity for ladies in the work environment. They ought to be stayed away from inside and out, with the exception of ladies who need to smooth their legs. All things considered, they ought to be extremely sheer and coordinate your normal skin shading. (No tan, it would be ideal if you On the other hand, dark tights are adequate and empowered throughout the winter months, when boots are the main reasonable shoe choice. They additionally look chic when worn with patent calfskin siphons. In any case, except if you need to look like Rainbow Brite, stick to dark tights, in any event, when wearing unbiased colors.3) Shoes and packs are your style outlet. It is a fantasy that a meeting requires a fundamental dark shoe and manly attaché. Truth be told, when keeping your garments basic and chic, your shoes and pack are an incredible method to include complexity and style. Play around with oxford-propelled booties; patent-cowhide siphons; peep-toed Mary Janes; and elegantly shaded totes and creature skin handbags (fake in the event that you like!) The main standards are no white shoes and no strappy shoes, ever.4) Wear a dress. While a skirt or pantsuit is consistently fitting, so is an extraordinary dress and coat. From straightforward sheaths to A-line styles, a dress is the most complimenting outline a lady can wear. Stick to strong wovens, tweeds and fragile pinstripes. In the event that you are more design forward, attempt a cover shape, '60s move or a '50s-style dress with a more full skirt and wide belt. Reward: A dress removes the mystery from the what-shirt to-wear dilemma.5) Wear naval force, dark and dim - together. Naval force, dark and dim ought to be the three staple shades of your expert closet, with a couple of brilliantly hued highlight pieces. These hues look extraordinary with all the fixings and surprisingly better when worn together. Attempt a dark tweed suit with a naval force silk shirt for an advanced look. Wear a dark fitted jacket with a naval force move dress and dark patent belt for a style articulation. Attempt a charcoal-dark chiffon dress with a naval force edited coat on the off chance that you favor ultra-female pieces.6) Add some energy. The correct belt or hoop can make your in any case exhausting and unsurprising outfit amazing and significant. Wear a wide belt in patent calfskin or a thin gold belt to highlight your midriff. Attempt sensitive gold circles rather than stodgy pearls to modernize your fundamental adornments. Wear a neckband in dim globules or any delicate shading to feature your neck area and make a demeanor of sophistication.7) Experiment with textures. Rayon and polyester are not official commendable materials. Fill your wardrobe with lightweight tweeds, cloth mixes, silks mixes and even boucle. Surface in a suit or dress can include an individual touch and keeps your look regular. In the winter choose a tweed coat over a dark fleece sheath, dark obscure tights and patent-calfskin sling-backs. In the late spring, a material pencil skirt, fresh white shirt and impartial pointed-toe siphons look rich and fresh.8) Purchase a flexible go-to. There is no compelling reason to buy an entire closet just to refresh your look. The key is working with a couple speculation pieces to make an adaptable, present day look. Put resources into a dark sheath that compliments your body type, a naval force A-line skirt and a dark custom fitted coat with thinning wristband sleeves. The dark sheath will work with the coat, alone with an announcement belt, or with a fresh catch down or delicate shirt layered underneath. The naval force skirt can be combined with a printed pullover and coat, fresh white shirt or a nightgown and belted cardigan. Shop for strong nuts and bolts in complimenting outlines and make them work for you. At the end of the day - wear them all the time!Men:1) Pleated pants include swell. On the off chance that you think your creased front jeans are thinning your extra tire, you are tragically mixed up. The overabundance texture is just adding mass to your midriff and making you look heavier than you are. Decide on a level front suit gasp, and presto: ten pounds thinner.2) Put your best shirt forward. Your dress shirt isn't a spot to get innovative. Spare your style proclamation for a sharp-looking tie and a complex watch. Maintain a strategic distance from white difference neckline shirts; gingham prints; particular sleeve buttons; and, above all, short sleeves. Dress shirts in solids or little stripes in white, blue, ecru and dim are the most adaptable investments.3) Wear a force tie. This term isn't restricted to strong red. Search for ties in blues, yellows, dark and mauve, as they are the most adaptable. Try not to fear a little structure or wide stripe; simply ensure it is simple on the eyes and not political.4) Give them an attempt - thin fit suits. Thin fit is a word that has been misjudged. All that a thin fit style suit alludes to is smoothed out fitting. They cut the cumbersome (now and again droopy) texture out of the upper leg and the center of a coat, and the lapels will in general be smaller. This causes the suit jeans to hang all the more pleasantly through the leg, and you maintain a strategic distance from a square shaped cut coat. Thin fit suits are not only for the more youthful group, either; all the significant fitting retailers are planning thin styles.5) Love your tailor. What's more, tune in to his recommendation. He has seen too much of suits in his day, so notice. Fit is the most significant factor with regards to a suit. A costly suit that doesn't fit should be from the Goodwill canister. The equivalent goes for a more affordable suit; if perfectly custom fitted, nobody will be the savvier. Befuddled about gasp sleeves? The cutting edge rule is a two-inch sleeve or no sleeve at all.6) Your shoes, belt and folder case matter. These key embellishments ought not be the most seasoned things in your storage room. For a refreshed portfolio, select an over-the-shoulder emissary style in a rich cowhide. Wingtips are the go-to shoes on the off chance that you need to look sharp; for a progressively loosened up look, attempt a penny loafer. Wear a belt with detail, regardless of whether in great dark skin or with an organized clasp. Your shoes, belt and folder case don't all need to be cut from a similar calfskin; pick cowhides that supplement one another yet have a slight variety in hues to abstain from looking too matchy-matchy.7) You look better in naval force. It is normal to lean toward putting resources into a dark suit, however naval force is demonstrated to be an all the more all around complimenting shading. A dull blue suit in a strong or sensitive pinstripe is less cruel on most skin tones. Abhor naval force? Your second-best decision is charcoal.8) Two-button coats thin you. Exchange your exemplary three-button for a less fatty looking two-button suit coat. They make you look slimmer through the stomach contrasted with the three-button st

Send Your Resume Via Email For Effective Job Search

Send Your Resume Via Email For Effective Job SearchSending a resume via email can be an effective way to keep your professional and personal career on track. Although a resume is the most important document you need to create when you are looking for a new job, it can be a rather lengthy document to put together. Many people have a hard time putting their work experience in one concise and easily-readable format. When you use an online service that allows you to send your resume to another person via email, the process is made a little easier. All you have to do is provide the credentials that are necessary to get the position and then provide your information in the appropriate sections of the resume. The resume can then be sent to the person who needs it, and once they get it, they will be able to see all of the information contained within the resume.By having your resume in one place, you will be able to reach all of the important people who are needed to apply for the job you are applying for. All of the important pieces of information will be in one location, which makes it much easier to reference if you ever get the chance to interview with a company. Sending a resume via email allows you to make sure that everything is in the same place as well as making sure that it is easy to find if you ever get a chance to interview. Being able to send out your resume in the event that you get the opportunity to interview can save you the stress and hassles that can come along with reading a bunch of applications. When you send a resume via email, you should be aware that you should have your contact information for the company that you are sending the resume to. This includes your physical address, your email address, and the telephone number. If you are looking for a particular person, you may want to use the email that contains the person's information instead of the address that it was originally listed under. One of the most popular uses of sending a resume via e mail is when you have multiple resumes in hand. Having several resumes that you have sent out through email is a great way to help you find an opening. You may be missing an opening because you sent out one or two people's resumes but not received a response back from anyone.Once you have gone through all of the paperwork that is required to get the person who needs your resume to look at your document, you can take the time to actually write it out. The reason why many people choose to send their resumes via email is because they know that they will receive an answer in a short amount of time, which means that they don't have to waste time writing the documents or worrying about whether they will get them read. This also frees up more time to worry about getting started on the next step in the process of searching for a new job.It is important to remember that when you are sending a resume via email, there is a limit to the number of times that it can be sent out. It is highly like ly that the person will take one look at your resume, and they will be the one who decides if they want to even respond to it. To ensure that your resume receives a response, you should only send it out once, which will make the process a little bit easier. When you are sending a resume via email, remember that you are doing so on behalf of yourself. You are not trying to sell the person on the job, or try to convince them to hire you. In the end, your goal is to be seen as someone who is qualified to get the job, and you will want to take this into consideration when you are sending the resume.

The Rise of Meme Culture A Harmless Social Media Joke or Something More Sinister

The Rise of Meme Culture A Harmless Social Media Joke or Something More Sinister “Been there, done that, found a meme about it.” It’s the millennial approach to everything â€" the good, the bad and the downright ugly â€" that life throws our way. Go through a big experience, have a quick Google, and you’ll find an easy-to-share meme detailing exactly how you’re feeling with razor-sharp humour in a matter of seconds. They’re insanely popular precisely because of this accuracy and accessibility. The comfort of memes There’s something comforting about sharing your joys â€" and struggles â€" with people who’ll also identify with them, who’ll understand your pain or happiness and help you laugh about it at the same time. A problem shared is a problem halved, remember, and memes let you share on a massive scale. The current response to Trump’s shock presidential victory this week is a perfect illustration of how we all seek solace online and use shareable content â€" like memes or tweets â€" to voice our opinions and connect with likeminded individuals. From the instant the results were announced, the world set about creating memes to show its anger and shock at Clinton’s loss. But providing encouraging political and social commentary isn’t the only positive way we use memes. The power of before and after photos Instagram fitness models and health pages â€" like Joe Wicks’ Body Coach, for example â€" regularly post before and after pictures of men and women who’ve transformed their bodies with diet or exercise. They’re common motivational tools for people looking to lose weight or start working out, and the more extreme the better. It’s the same with pages designed to support individuals undertaking cosmetic surgery, with before and after memes of successful rhinoplasties or breast augmentation procedures regularly receiving thousands of likes. On these accounts and in these memes, followers find advice, support, encouragement and motivation to help them change their appearances â€" and lives. Unfortunately, there’s also a much darker side to this trend. The potential for body-shaming Even when they’re created with the best intentions in mind, there’s no guarantee they’ll continue to be used in a constructive manner. They often end up becoming a source of ridicule, a tool for publicly body-shaming and objectifying people â€" particularly young women. It doesn’t take much hunting around the internet to find hundreds of memes dedicated solely to brutally tearing apart Kylie Jenner and her infamous lip fillers. More recently, Taylor Swift has been a victim of vicious before and after memes speculating about whether she’s had a boob job. The virality of cruelty These cruel memes quickly go viral â€" often without the subject’s approval. And although those starring celebrities are more popular, regular individuals are sometimes caught up in similar situations, especially since photos posted online can be easily taken without permission. What starts out as a funny joke to the people making and sharing them can, in the space of a few hours, become a nightmare for the unwilling subjects. Take Maggie Goldenberger, the 23-year-old American whose goofy childhood photo was dragged out of the depths of the internet and turned into the viral ‘ermahgerd’ meme. Although she’s relatively at peace with her social media fame nowadays, she had no control over what happened to her. Earlier this year we saw a much more extreme example when Italian woman Tiziana Cantone committed suicide after her leaked sex tape was turned into a viral meme. Clearly more vigorous laws are needed to regulate online privacy. The millennial meme culture Nevertheless, it’s a tricky and sensitive debate. Yes, memes can be great, harmless fun in some cases, but they can also be used destructively. Altering our ignorant mind-set to this dark undercurrent of social media will be crucial going forwards, and since viral memes are so much a part of the millennial culture, bringing about change will be a slow process. Please, stay mindful of your results. Image credits: Main. Meme.

Would You Marry Someone Who Was Unemployed

Would You Marry Someone Who Was Unemployed According to a recent survey conducted by YourTango and ForbesWomen, 75 percent of women surveyed said they would not marry someone without a job and 65 percent said they wouldnt get married if they were the one who was unemployed. But 91 percent of single women said they would marry for love over money. Huh? Some of the other survey stats intrigued me as well including:55 percent of women would give up their careers to take care of children if their partners asked them to but only 28 percent would ask the same of their partner.77 percent of women believe they  can simultaneously have a fulfilling relationship and family life, as well as a successful career yet only 43 percent said their work/life balance is what they would like it to be.62 percent of women in a relationship said they only spend 3 waking hours with their partner during the work week.42 percent of women said that if they had an extra hour each day they would spend it alone rather than with their partners, friends, or family. Is it possible that women have been conditioned to want love over money, but the prospect of being with someone who is unemployed challenges a need for stability? Is there a biological predisposition for women to assume the man will be the primary breadwinner? And what about the work/life balance issue? Is it conceivable that women have been told for so long that they can have it all that they naturally believe this is so, even when their lives dont reflect any such work/life balance? Do woman want it all and then decide to chuck it once kids come into the picture and there is an opportunity to raise a family full-time?I dont have the answers to any of these questions, but I think the survey represents the state of flux, turmoil, and confusion that many women feel. We want it all, but having it all simultaneously seems to be mathematically impossible. Maybe there just arent enough hours in the day to have it all at the same time. Are there other options? What do you think?
